4K at 144hz seems pretty far off. arent 1440p 144hz only recently being made? besides, no GPU on planet earth can support that right now. the 1080 with a healthy overclock couldnt run any modern game at 4k above 100fps, unless on lower settings. I guess if you're fine with that, go for it. But personally I'd rather do 1440p/144hz/max settings.
