Non one makes the conection because Baiken was referenced in story and developers didn't really hide her presence, unlike Akuma who no one knew what the fuck was going on after you played through the game without losing continues and this nameless fucker appears, fucks Bison up and challenges you.
Also Baiken was heavily based on Kenshin Himura from Rurounin Kenshin (Samurai X for non-weebs), she is no Akuma.

Well SF5 seems to be tying it all up since there wasn't really much of an explanation as to how Bison died by the time of SF3. So they get to bring back Charlie from the grave as Bison's reaper, I wonder if Capcom has it in them to have him actually kill Bison in this game though. The game runs worse than Sign despite actually looking worse as well (models are really grainy, it's very noticeable). I'm getting a lot of slowdown on a lot of stages (even Arena with Jack-O). If you play competitively at all then it's probably time to buy a PS4, this version is just not very playable.
