Ive been playing through this game on co-op with my gf and holy shit its one of the best co-op experiences I've ever had. Are there any other co-op games that match this games level of accessibility mixed with consistently fun gameplay?

But seriously, you should try Kirby's Dreamland 3. It's an overlooked oldie from very late into the SNES's life cycle, and it's got co-op. Player 2 is the little black thing that follows Kirby.
Dream Land 3 and this.
I'd recommend players 2-4 playing as Kirby instead of the other three characters.
Beat-em-ups. Might not be as appealing as Kirby, however.
