The only way to contribute to a better gaming environment is to become a game developer and help make games that are not fucking sanitized and formulaic to the point you can only press a button and get matchmade into games automatically with no control. Like Overwatch.
Make games that actually do the opposite, encourage or even force you to go and find player run games for players, make friends and go back later after you leave. Make some custom house rules, encourage a guy to make a map, play more unorthodox game modes and chat shit when you're waiting to play.
And stop making games with consoles in mind.

Had someone outright int feed in a game and someone on our team said "idc enjoy your ban i guess" and the feeder was spewing the shit about how nothing will happen to him and riot won't ban him.
Throw a report at him after the game just because it was a winnable game that he ruined, and as soon as I get out of the next game I get the message and know exactly what happened.

While you can certainly lose despite completely decimating absolutely everything within 10 minutes (such as going 10/0 on a ganking solo middle Skywrath Mage or Crystal Maiden), it's also possible to win the game in the window just before your advantage runs out, even by yourself, as long as you are playing the right sort of hero (i.e. not Skywrath Mage or Crystal Maiden).
