Multiple images can work. 2 or 3 can be done well without much trouble. More than that can be done with one unifying concept. For instance, various images conveying the same thing, or one image repeated many times, to emphasize one concept, like many bats for Pokémon as a Zubat joke. Two different concepts tied together can also be repeated this way, like many bats and many rocks to have the joke be about Zubat and Geodude.
Many different ideas sharing an overarching theme can also work, like doing one-image summations for each of game X's eight chapters, as long as each one is an actual joke.
Many images with seemingly no connection can also work as the joke itself, to imply the game is a jumbled mess, or that the story is confusing, or that madness is the theme of the game, etc. as each of those would be many images intended to be taken as one larger image, one idea, one joke.
Where most of these many-imaged PEGs go wrong is with people who'd rather do a full review of the game instead of making a joke, then cry when people tell them to fuck off and stop ruining the fun.

Pretty good. Story mission gives you information aboutwhat happened to Vahlen and allows you to take Bradford into the field again. Alien rulers add a fresh element to your campaign and new weapons add more tactical options at the beginning of the game. My favorite one is a bolt caster - a single shot weapon that does massive damage, but needs a reload after every shot.

The combat is traditional turn based but many of the systems in the battle are nontraditional. Skills for weapons are learned by fighting strong enemies, weapons have durability and can break, party members don't level up but instead have stat growths that can increase at the end of battle. Unconscious character can get permanently killed by the enemy, there's combination attacks, over 15 different party members that you can select from, and grinding in the game can give you a nonstandard gameover with scaling enemies.
The game is fantastic but its very obtuse for those who are playing it for the first time because of how many mechanics and subsystems there are and how nonlinear it is.

No, it's many people. The difference is that many images is not inherently bad in and of itself; as stated, for the EYE image and a couple others it works because the game can be such a clusterfuck that it's funny.
The problem is that a lot of the ones with a ton of images aren't funny because they're basically someone trying to describe an entire game and elaborating as much as possible instead of making a joke and keeping it simple. That's why people generalize; most of the ones with a billion images aren't funny.

It's just a bigger, flashier version of Peace Walker. It works in small doses doing a mission at a time, and the base stuff could be fun if done in bed or while taking a shit or something, but I don't wanna do that while sitting on my PC, I could be doing better stuff.
