These took too long to pull off and weren't worth the effort.
Do the modern MK games do this? I only owned MKII, but I loved how you could do friendship and babality instead of fatalities. Did they add more joke endings other than those and apparently animality?

The PS3/360 game had Babalities.
The newest game only has Fatalities and a new form of Brutality where the last move in a fight kills the opponent (for example, a particularly fierce punch would shatter the loser's head).
