I really hate McCree shitting everyone up with two clicks. At least Mei has to get close to you and spray you for 2-3 seconds before she can headshot you. And sometimes she just ran out of ammo then, or your team can do something about her.
But McCree can just appear from a corner, stun you, and press right mouse close to you for an easy kill, sometimes even if you are playing tank.
His stun needs either a longer cooldown, reduced range (they don't even aim it at your general direction), or his right click reduced damage.
One hit kills should be either headshot snipers, avoidable, or slow enough for you to react. I understand McCree "hard countering" some characters, but it really get ridiculous when someone can just pick him up and wreck you without much skill.

She's a hard character, while most characters will wreck shit if the player behind them can constantly headshot everyone every time they shoot, she has to do so to do even normal damage. The alternative is catching people unaware, which is unreliable.
It's made even worse by the fact she has to constantly reposition herself making headshots and accuracy even harder, as well as having the lowest health in the game to the point where she'll frequently die to random AOE attacks she couldn't have seen coming.
I'd say she's 'decent' though I don't really understand why you'd put that much effort into making a character even functional when there's so many characters that are good even in the hands of a shit player

Her damage isn't that bad if you go for headshots. She can do a surprising amount of damage if you can consistantly nail them, and even without you do decent damage. The big thing bout playing Tracer is knowing what targets to go after and to mostly poke. Doing little bits of damage while people are unaware or taking out the squishies is your bread and butter.

This so much. She's also a very good hard counter to Widowmaker. Widowmaker has generally one or two shots at best to prevent a Tracer from entering medium range. If she fails, only a broken chance of pure luck is going to usually save you from countering her--and that's generally where the other person sucks at playing her.
Cause her dual smgs reload very quickly, she can zip; and she has rewind. Which can be used to double fuck Widowmaker on top of everything else.

The thing is, a subpar Widowmaker can be made above average with Mercy's damage buff, as the 30% damage boost will make body shots nearly fatal; and a secondary twitch shot will put the opposing player down.
But a good widowmaker, getting buffed by Mercy, is nigh unstoppable. At that point, you have to coordinate in taking out Mercy asap--or your entire team is going to get wrecked just trying to stop Widowmaker from putting you into an early grave.
