But you have to admit, that Bethesda is a very good company:
They have no pirate protection (Denuvo).
Their game is 100 % offline.
You can mod their games as you wish.
And even with all the pirates the game got Millions of sales.

Personally I think Bethesda has some of the weakest WRPGs out there (besides Bioware in some situations).

Specifically by those guidelines maybe not, but Fallout 4 isn't even the best Fallout.
