He can get his ass blasted off while teleporting because it has a long cast animation during which he remains vulnerable, and anyone at his destination point is warned well in advance of his arrival. He can be clearly seen while invulnerable, so if his team isn't backing him up you can just follow him and pop a shot off when it ends, which will probably kill him unless he was wraithing at full HP for some reason.

His maneuverability is pretty average, actually. Without backup from your team, wraith form is just begging to get followed. Teleport has an extremely long cast time and telegraphs the location of your arrival pretty obviously.

It just works like a flashbang should, if you were looking at it your screen gets fucked up and can no longer hear the sounds of the enemy team properly for a short time. There's nothing wrong with Mercy. Her pistol is surprisingly potent and her small frame is easily ignored when there are other bigger enemies to shoot.
I've 1V1'd (bad) Roadhogs and heashot them to death as they try to waddle into shotgun range.
She's a good healer too. Maybe not as useful to the whole team as Lucio but she's the best at making sure one vital guy (i.e. tank) stays alive and her ultimate can easily swing games.

Genji used to dps harder than him but he was too crazy so blizz toned him down a in a couple patches. It doesn't go through his shield you dumb cunt. ALL shield/barrier abilities (D.VA, Reinhardt, Winston, Zarya) block his flashbang. If you think anything else it's probably because your team let that McCree saunter up to you, get behind your shield, and pop it right against your side or back.

His flashbang has a short range, small AOE. McCree moves slowly as shit, has only 200hp, and has probably the most distinctive footsteps in the game right next to Reinhardt (you can hear his spurs jingling). Not to mention it has a 10 second cooldown. Is the flashbang a cheap, free kill? Pretty much. Does it need to be nerfed? Hardly; a good McCree player gets most of his kills at medium range plinking easy targets with his revolver, not fan-shotting stunned targets.

She also needs LoS while rat can just lob shit into a hallway or rebound corners.
