There's nothing wrong with Mercy. Her pistol is surprisingly potent and her small frame is easily ignored when there are other bigger enemies to shoot.
I've 1V1'd (bad) Roadhogs and heashot them to death as they try to waddle into shotgun range.
She's a good healer too. Maybe not as useful to the whole team as Lucio but she's the best at making sure one vital guy (i.e. tank) stays alive and her ultimate can easily swing games.

His flashbang has a short range, small AOE. McCree moves slowly as shit, has only 200hp, and has probably the most distinctive footsteps in the game right next to Reinhardt (you can hear his spurs jingling). Not to mention it has a 10 second cooldown. Is the flashbang a cheap, free kill? Pretty much. Does it need to be nerfed? Hardly; a good McCree player gets most of his kills at medium range plinking easy targets with his revolver, not fan-shotting stunned targets.

Reaper's good, but he's not THAT good. He's fucking scary in CQC, that's the point.
But while Roadhog has the chain/shrapnel bomb, and Reinhardt has fire strike, Reaper has NOTHING. If he doesn't get in close, he's fucked. This is the only character like this.

When flanked by a mccree, literally someone is guaranteed dead. Other heroes do not offer that outside of ults. Not mei, not genji, not tracer, not reaper. The only other character who can offer that outside of ults is roadhogs, and he actually has to aim the hook. That's the issue.

What about Pharah or Junkrat? Characters with slow-moving, high damage splash weapons that can easily hit unaware groups and proper fuck them up.
What about Roadhog, who can pull a target out of formation, blast them in the face, melee, and then waddle off back to his buddies?'
What about Widowmaker, who could line up a fully charged headshot and drop at least half the roster from full health?
You people attribute some god-like status to McCree like he's the only one with a high damage weapon. The simple fact is that if almost *any* offense character catches you unaware, from the side, *someone* on your team is going to get fucked up if that player is halfway competent.

McCree is the only one who has a stun and can double-magdump into the loser(s) who gets flanked or high noon'd by him. He doesn't even need high noon to kill.

Her splash damage is like 30-40 and the splash is tiny. Then the kicker is that she hurts herself with all of her own attacks. Junkrat takes no self damage besides being point blank on one of his own M1 as they go off, does far more splash damage, has higher splash range and has a better jump in his mine jump than pharah's rocket jump without hurting himself. She also needs LoS while rat can just lob shit into a hallway or rebound corners. They both have 200 flat HP as well Unless your air game is good there's almost never a reason to use Pharah over junkrat

That double magdump is only going to do worthwhile damage against non-squishies only at nearly point-blank range. The spread on the fanshot is so damn high, you're almost wasting half the shots you're firing.

McCree moves slow as piss. Not only is Pharah quicker but she can fly, giving her a better vantage to hit you with, and/or use her 'E' ability to push you away from anything you'd try to take cover behind.

You're obsessing over McCree's flashbang ability like he can spam it constantly- at 10 seconds it has to be one of the longest cooldown abilities. In a fight it's useful against one target. Two, *IF* there's someone backing you up, and firing at the other target.
