The only thing I'd want changed with Bastion is to increase the spread of his bullets slightly. Not a huge deal though, he has so many counters. He's entirely reliant on both his own team covering him as well as the other team being retarded.
Widowmaker's ult is definitely in need of some kind of fix. Maybe make it so that it only wallhacks directly in her cone of vision, rather than across the whole map. Also put a range on it.
Genji seems fine as is. Seems like the only Genji's that make a real difference are really good at it, rather than some heroes which require no actual map awareness.

The only thing I really want is the cooldown on Winston's bubble to be reduced or for it to withstand more damage. Also something for D.va like making it so hiding behind a thing fucking pole won't negate the explosion damage.

I think people misunderstand the gameplay. This is not COD where you are trying to get as many kills as possible, its about working together. Bastion is a strong defense hero and he should be very good otherwise it would be pointless. He however is not able to function without a team.
The main issue I see is the fact that he transforms quickly enough to do it right in front of an assault character and still kill them
