Should Overwatch force team compositions based on roles by restricting who you can pick based on what has already been picked?
No, because 6 of one hero is sometimes a viable strategy

This shouldn't be a notification even on defense. It leads a lot of people who can't play sniper to pick it (seriously take note of somebody who picks sniper because the game says so and see if they're any good at it). Especially since a lot of characters can add pressure at range as good as Hanzo can.
