I don't know how to feel. Games like Mario64/Banjo hold a very special place in my heard. I recently replayed Banjo a lot (not to completion unfortunately) and I was surprised how good it has aged (basically it has not).
YL basically has to only be the same thing, with nice, fresh levels. I would buy it day one if they were to make a new take on a level like ClickClickWood.
It... it will be good, right? Can I be hyped for something in my life? I donj't want to be disappointed. Not again. Please.

Dude I still have the bongo drums. That game was stellar, but I mean recently. Two games that aren't the same 2D games in the past 20 years? That's criminal, especially considering how good they both were. I only brought up DK64 specifically because we haven't had a good collectathon game since Banjo Tooie (might be wrong,) and it would make a shitload of money.
Don't care what anyone says, the bongo drum was a ton of fun and not just a gimmick. Boss fights were god-tier, too.
