For my money Undertales a pretty good game, Pillars of Eternity is likely a good game but it's from a genre that doesn't appeal much to me, it's also 45$ instead of 10$ which means more people are able to buy Undertale in the first place.

Probably due in no small part to Sawyer leaving 75% of Avellone's writing on the cutting room floor. I agree with most of what you said as well as exclusives not being inherently good for the consumer as a whole, however there is also nothing inherently wrong with the practice itself. What's anti-consumer is artificial exclusivity and when manufactures buy timed rights for certain games.
When manufactures develop, fund and publish software from the ground up through a joint venture between a third party developer, this is not anti-consumer in the slightest. If manufactures then choose to keep said software exclusive to their hardware they have every right to do so, it is not anti-consumer in the slightest. In fact it would be counter productive and ultimately a stupid business decision to release the game on their competitors platforms given that the very profits they make through their hardware sales is what allows them the net of funds to invest and contract said software in the very first place.

FFX was when final fantasy truly went to shit. I'd be tempted simply for Lulu's HD titties, but the PC version is based on some shitty hackjob chinese port for some shitty failed console or handheld or whatever the fuck it was on, which messed up Lighting and made several of the already doofus-looking faggots in the cast look even more goofy.
