Anything Dva can do i.e harassing, Winston can do better. Zarya's ult is top tier while Dva's is garbage tier. Roadhog is excellent for filling Mercy's ultimate meter and hook provides excellent utility. Reinhardt's shield and stun are invaluable.
By every objective metric, Dva is the worst tank. Even by waifuism she is inferior to Zarya.

If a tank is pushing your shit, heal and boost the damage dealer. If a Bastion or Torb need just enough health to get their turret to 2, do so. Don't be afraid to stop healing tanks halfway to heal more critical squishes. They don't need you stay on them forever. If anyone wants you pocketing them when it's clearly a bad idea, follow them for a bit and then ditch their asses when they inevitably push up.

Every once in a while on console you'll get people with mics but they literally just say stuff like "shit" and "fuck" when they die and you can sometimes hear them breathe. Or they ask if anyone can hear them, and proceed to not talk the rest of the match if answered.

I'd make a distinction between "mobility" and speed.
Mobility being vertical movement, quick approach/escape options and the ability to navigate obstacles easily.
Tracer has the overall highest speed, but also relatively low mobility. She can mostly just move laterally and blink.
Lucio is the second fastest (especially unique since he can boost the whole team's speed) and his wallrunning can give him a great deal of mobility if the player is adept at chaining together wall runs.
76 is the next in speed because of Sprint, and has a slight bit of extra mobility thanks to the rocket jump he can get from his own Helix rockets.
In terms of Mobility, Genji and Pharah are up top.
Genji's Swift Strike letting him air dash in all directions, double jump and wall climbing lets him get around pretty much anywhere whether or not Swift Strike is on cooldown. His mobility is top tier and he's still pretty fast on top of all of that.
Pharah of course with her High jump, Jetpack and Concussion. Not so much on the speed, but she can get around.
Besides some outlying mobility options owned by some like Junkrat, Reaper, Hanzo and Widow, everyone else is pretty slow and stuck to the ground.
Mercy's mobility is relative to the allies around her. Tagging on to Pharah gives her a great deal of air time. Linking and flying to a Tracer lets her keep up with that speed. Having multiple allies in line of sight means Mercy can effectively zoom across the map by linking between them.
