I haven't paid attention to MN9 or Sonic in forever, what's all the pizza about
Shantae's by its gameplay doesn't look interesting at all but if nothing else, we can at least judge from past games that it'll be charming for a variety of other reasons and that gameplay itself will be passable. And at the least Wayforward is posting updates showing that they're delivering on their promises and nothing less.
Mighty Number 9 lacks all the momentum of the Not-Megaman it tried so hard to be, looks uglier by the day, had about half its initial prospects ripped out, and doesn't try to do anything to amend for any of these.
You can say Mighty Blunder 9's gameplay looks more creative, and I won't disagree with that. But in comparison to the big picture, the difference between Blunder and Shantae isn't enough to put Shantae even nearly on the same level.
Stop bringing this up every thread and just laugh at the trailer.
