All he has is huge damage, a good 6P and f.S, a decent 2K, 5K and 5P, his H moves are combo fillers or gimmicky okizeme like 2H. He's only as good as youre good in footsies, or if youre opponent is doing risku things like mashing buttons on wakeup, disrespecting Elk Hunt or not being patient when Sin players overcommit their food

Sin is incredibly safe, has huge range and his few mixups lead to massive damage. His strength comes from the fast recovery on his Beak Driver, amazing backdash and pressure that cranks up the RISC gauge real fast. There's a reason he's slowly climbing to the top tiers. At long ranges he can be downright oppressive and you don't necessarily want him close to you, either. I don't think he's getting past a balance patch without getting some nerfs.

Most Sin players tend to overcommit Elk Hunt>Beak Driver>Elk Hunt instead of doing things like Elk Hunt YRC>j.D>Vulture Raid, or just using hunger efficiently. Sin has mix up without meter in the corner. his corner carry if you're doing the good combos is insane. Trying to disrespect sins buttons is worse than trying to disrespect AC slayer. His normal meter gain is ridiculous. His backdash is godlike along with a DP that can be canceled for free on hit.
I'm really salty about this character. Mostly because the vast majority of my sin match up exp has come from faulty.

Eh I get it. Im absolutely salty vs May and Sol though, mainly because I cant block setups for shit, and when you fall for the delayed Fafnir or Burst bait Beach bayy YRC meme, the damage is real.
As defense though, Sin's corner mixups (or atleast what I do) is Elk Hunt>YRC>j.D or 2K or grab. The grab is usually just eh unless you have meter for RRC. Most of the time I just Beak Driver and Beak driver/TK Beak driver to bait for counter hit. Theres also safejump j.6H for the vacuum effect, but Im mostly a fan of knockdown Voltaic Deign to hide the mixup behind the projectile. The mixups are more or less just block low then expect a high when you see YRC, else its usually snuffed out with dead angle or Blitz. Chicken blocking also works

Basically, you'll wanna do one of your new fancy IAD corner carry combos to take her to the corner and constantly mix her up using TK banana, 6K etc. Disc is your best friend and don't be afraid to try and throw an opponent into the corner.
