Each pack has 5 cards.
In a box you should get 23 Rares(R), 5 Double Rares (RR), and 3 Triple Rares (RRR) if I remember right.
In later sets, one every other box will replace a RRR with a Generation Rare (GR).
The Secret Rare (SCR) is about once every 6 boxes. Also only one to two actual old cards get reprinted.
It's really a shame. This game has by far the best legacy support but has no reprint methods. If there is a deck archetype or theme you can bet at some point down the line it will get more support. Hell, we got support for one card about 15 sets later.

Arc-V's good although it has some wonky pacing at times. Some people really get irked by the early part of the first arc (until ep 33) and the entire second arc (50-99) being really slow paced, but at no point is the story itself uninteresting and the relevant characters all have some degree of development so it's easily one of the better Yugioh series regardless, if not the best overall.

Are you people actually mad that people playing an online card game are all using good, recent cards, rather than cards that were good when you were a kid? I can assure you you would have the same experience with any card game ever. These games change over time - if they didn't they would get stale. Furthermore, the cards you thought were good when you were a kid probably weren't even competitively viable back when the game first started.
