Personally I try to make good use of those in game commands when you click C. There's not a lot of options there but it's pretty useful. For example, I've helped some characters with no mobility skills travel across maps faster by using the "Group up" command and then blasting them all with those rocket jump bombs. Plus I've had good results by using "Ultimate status" plus "Group up" as Zenyatta so everyone knows it's safe(r) to push if they're near me because I'm going to use Transcendence.

When low charge < 50, you're looking to scope out teammates that are about to go in to shield them, like offensive characters about to round a corner or a Genji climbing over a wall. I prefer to focus on left-click at this power level because right-click is pretty weak. Save your self-shield or only use it if you know you can get free charge like intentionally running into Symmetra orbs or Junkrat spam.
When charge > 50, though ideally 60+, you're looking to go in with self-shield at the ready. Go in and wreck shit up, right clicks can do like ~100 damage at 100% charge, but left-click is better vs tanks with big health pools and hitboxes. Hit self-shield when they notice you and you start taking fire. You often leave fights with only your blue health lost with this tactic.
As a general firing tip, I like to use left-click then finish them off with a right-click, especially because you can right-click even at 1 ammo. Spamming right-clicks is often not very effective, especially if the enemy has healing or is at long range. Just focus on shielding teammates and protecting your supports if that's the situation.
Reload often as ammo depletes very quickly with Zarya. Reload before you pop black hole...I always forget that one.
She has other advanced tricks like right-click splash jumps to move forward quickly and jump over walls.

This is definitely some sort of weird bug on your part or from custom games. For reference, you're listening to them and not using the ultimate yourself, right? McCree does say "High Noon" to himself but his allies hear it differently.
Another example is Soldier 76. If you're ulting as him or you're an enemy hearing his ult, you'll hear "I've got you on my sights" or a variant of that. If you're an ally, you'll hear "Targeting sensor activated"
It's an incredibly useful feature because it lets you know when you need to hide.

Yea, her alt fire is the orb. Also, its six sentries, it shows you in a corner how many sentries you got out of six. If you try building a seventh, the first sentry you built explodes. You only need three sentries to really kill someone, so having six makes sense in that you can essentially prevent two doorways from being used by the enemies, unless they plan to go and get themselves killed.

Mcree ultimate is 50/50. Blizz purposefully make everyone aware that you are using it. They stop your movement and draw a giant red glowing target around you then make you have to wait 3 seconds before getting a lock to fire. Honestly if anyone gets killed by it then it's their own fault. Half the time I engage it I am either targeted by the whole team and killed instantly or everyone goes into hiding.

Basically every non-tank class in the game counters her because she's glassier than the supposed glass cannon classes.
Soldier 76 is the easiest. He's the easiest for everything.

It hadn't occurred to me until I was a Mercy and a 76 on my team popped his ult. That shit is the best. I got a Mercy POTG for rezzing two teammates and then boosting a 76 that ulted and cleared the payload.

I think a good buff would be that her turrets don't get highlighted from the enemy's perspective. It would be way easier to set up trap rooms that way since most times enemies notice before walking into the area.

Even a shitty 76 can rek shit if he catches them off guard. Second after him, i like teaming up with Winston. Super fucking mobility. Pharah players cant aim for shit, so i rarely bother with them.
