The problem with remaking NV in Creation Engine (a.k.a Gamebryo 2.0) is that it would require huge amounts of work and effort given how lazy Bethesda was in creation of Fallout 4.
Just look at that fucking webm. They didn't bother to implement reloading a specific amount of rounds depending on hoe amny are left in the magazine, and Sawyer said that implenting it in NV was actually one of the hardest parts of devlopment.
Not only would it be difficult, it wouldn't improve the game significantly- just a little more fluid combat, leaning and "better" graphics- I actually prefer modded NV because it doesn't look like wax covered in grease.
A lot of effort for marginal improvements? Not worth the candle.
