I think Todd should stand down from his position as creative director and focus on writing with Kuhlmann (and Kirkbride ideally) again. Not many people know it, but Todd is actually responsible for a lot of neat lore in the games. In Skyrim, for example, Cicero was a character written solely by him and most of the Dark Brotherhood questline in Oblivion was penned by him and Kuhlmann.
