I feel the same way. I tried doing NG+, but I got bored as soon as I started the baron quest. This is the type of game you play once with all the DLCs first and then maybe do NG+ if you want to experience different choices or if it's been a while and the story is not fresh, but other than that, the game has no replayability.

The replayability seems piss poor but there really is quite a bit in regards to the quests.
For example, the Kings Gambit has two completely different outcomes and branching paths that play out completely differently, same for the Tower of Mice, same for Bloody Baron etc etc.
The piss poor replayability comes from the simplistic and mediocre combat that offers little room for change in a 100+ hour game. You can't help but have it feel repetitive.
Still a great game, just nowhere near the "best RPG ever made" accolades it gets thrown around from people who likely haven't played many RPGs in their lifetime. Having just replayed Planescape Torment the amount of depth between Witcher 3 and PS:T is fucking staggering, Witcher 3 seems like a childbook in comparison.
In saying that, i'm beyond excited for the DLC and i'm sure it will still be fantastic.

I'm playing on the Bone, so your shit is prettier than mine. But I'll pop on some headphones and just immerse myself into the whole world. I'm really audio-centric.. so I keep an ear out for footsteps or chatter, and the bgm paints the world for me better than the visuals ever could.
I tend not to notice anything that's been copy and pasted, and I hoenstly can't really think of any areas that felt like that to me. But that may be because my first playthrough I was focused on the story, and the second time I only played a day or two every week or so. I guess it's the pacing.
But I'm also autistic when it comes to exploring. Not in the completionist sense, but in the way that I'll look into totally arbitrary things in the world and make up shit about why they are there, like mob spawns and shit. Like "oh, there's drowners here, there must have been something for them to feed on. I wonder what it was." And that'll lead to entirely unrelated discoveries like a chest that triggers a griffin encounter, but I found it because I made some stupid shit up as a reason to wander further away. Then I'll go to a main hub like Novigrad to sell my shit and pick up chatter about some shit that will send me elsewhere.

God fucking damn it, I hate trying to mod this game. There's always one mod that manages to fuck everything up, with the script merger refusing to merge certain mods for whatever reason.Which isn't helped by CDPR continually breaking half the mods whenever they patch something so you'll have to individually check all mods to see what's causing the problem. Also just made the huge mistake of trying a mod that required more tinkering than just placing the mod folder, and now the game won't even launch at all despite removing all mods.
The final patch can't come soon enough.

It was really fun going through it, but when it was over most of the vampires actions made no sense. Why would a vampire follow the eternal fire? How could a young girl fend off a higher vampire? Why did he tell you about the next victim and then almost get caught? How did he even get there before you? You see, The Witcher 3 and games like it don't have a story. They have an excuse. It's an excuse for a male power fantasy that pretends to be a story. And depending on how much of a grip male power fantasies have on you, you'll sooner or later just find that you're asking yourself 'why am I doing this?' Why are you? You have no real motivation.
And yes, there are people from various talented vocations from writers, to actors, to painters who'll tell you that motivation in a story is important. And 'male power fantasy' is only so much of a motivation to a certain group of people. You'll have people that tell us that we don't like RPGs, which is brain rot because I've loved plenty of RPGs. I just like RPGs that have a story.
