I take a poop on my old Playstation 2 Slim daily. I do this with the tray open and I make sure I trail some poop into the laser reader. As for the enemies, to say there are only reanimated skeletons/zombies is incorrect.

Same here. But i dont think it's really a sin. I've beaten super meat boy dark world (though, the bandage world rekt me) and got through boshy easy mode, so i consider myself at least a decent gamer. But all those Nes games (and a lot of console games generally), they exploit the waste of my time. They make me go through the longest fucking death animations, tutorials, level loadings, i can bear it. I wont tolerate playing the boring parts to get to the fun parts either. So, the save states at the start of each level are totally my thing.
I liked the gameplay of devil may cry, and i intended to git gud at it originally, but dropped it soon. But the whole game is designed in a way, that doesnt really inspire experimenting and creativity. The safest option usually is just "Run away from all enemies - Spam ranged weapons". And if you try to be cool, and do some sick combos, you risk to fuck yourself up, die, and play through all the boring shit of the level all over again

I had a period of 16 hours over 4 days where I kept restarting xcom 2 on iron-man impossible because rng was so taint in that game.
I was missing 99% flank snipes that would save my team/having impossible to achieve timed rescue maps where all enemies would aggro on me as I had to rush objective to even stand a chance.
It got to the point where I was on the first mission, and every single enemy pod was stacked on top of eachother and moved in unison, so the only way to handle it was to aggro them all at once.
Max I got through to was mission 5 or so.
Was on skype to my friends the entire time and they were fucking loving it.
I sent them video clips and pics of my horrible luck and they lapped that shit up.
I don't care about deaths of soldiers til I get to know them, but when I was getting bodied by the AI for no perceivable reason I was getting so salty.

It's been 6+ years mind you, so forgive me for being forgetful.
It was very similar in gameplay to another browser based game at the time (which was pretty popular I think), Tribal Wars. Basically you build up a kingdom, its defences and its army, then try and conquer other players to try and expand.
You could only have so many units in your city, so it actually came down to a weird calculation for figuring out how many units of each type you'd need to not get taken by another more advanced player.
You could conquer other players' kingdoms or build your own at a fair distance away, but both were incredibly risky because they'd remove some of your precious troops, making you vulnerable to attack for several days (there's a lot of travel time between locations).
I might be explaining it terribly, but there was a lot of depth and strategy is what I'm trying to say. Much more than you'd expect with the retarded advertising they did.

Mostly video games. I get attached to characters. A recent example would be persona 4. The way you could form bonds with girls and have them say that they love you. That's what really drove me into the ground. Even know reminiscing on the memories as I type this out I am on the verge of tears. I picked up Crypt of the Necrodancer during winter Steam sale and it's the last non-weeb game I've finished in the last half a year. I honestly think that Brutal and vanilla are two different kinds of beats. Brutal is overall more fun while Doom is more technical, methodical and hard (talking about the Nightmare mode, of course). As such, I think that some type of people that are more into fun experiences instead of balanced and tighter experience will obviously prefer Doom.

I know that current Diablo 3 is the best hack n' slash game out there bar none. Yet I don't play it since the genre is dead.
