Well for one, you can't do it in a portable sense, you need to set down the DS/3DS
2nd, its nonsensical, the touch screen doesn't even mimic the actual arcade set up in any sense, main problem is the lack of a bounce back making using the styluses slow as fuck since you can't actually do natural drum rolls with it
