So I found this disc at a pawn shop for $1. The shop was run by an older man who didnt know anything about video games so I thought eh what the heck. At first glance I thought it was just a not for resale edition but upon further inspection I found fine text reading "confidential unpublished work" The game is scratched like hell and I dont think I can get it to run. So my question is if this game is even worth anything. Its mainly just an asthetical item although it is a prototype. What should I do with it?
The games scratches look less like scratches from normal use and more like someone rubbed it across sandpaper. This may prove its validity of being a prototype

Pic related is a promo disc. Yours just looks like it was part of some bundle.

hmmm ok. Then I wonder why the unpublished text is there.
It's a review copy.
>>338306964
nice
>>338307863
Im guessing that means it was distrubuted to reviewers?
>>338306964
that came with the box set, it was underground 1 and 2 and most wanted
>>338308014
No shit dumbass
>>338308014
Yes, it's no different than the normal game other than being a slightly older build. Once you run it you'll get the updated files.

>ps2
>x360
>>338308186
I cant find any versions of that set for the xbox 360 though. The search continues
>>338308017
The Underground series never came out on 360.
>>338308262
Alright. I wonder if in that case it will sell for a higher price because it is a review copy. Are these hard to come by?
>>338308627
You could always get prosecuted though especially with an online listing.
>>338308627
No, no one cares about review copies unless it was included in some special edition like Dark Souls 3 was.
>>338308791
that explains why someone scratched the hell out of the disc -_-
Be careful OP it might be haunted.
>>338308929
that spooked the fuckboi out of me
>>338308881
It was still sold 3rd party. if EA was still a company they could bring the wrath of lawyers upon both of you. hopefully you paid cash
>>338308929
are you from /vr/
>>338309165
Yea I payed cash
its scratched to shit because the previous owner decided no one should succumb to such a shit game. bro tier desu.
Disc cleaners are actually magical items that'll instantly fix any of your damaged hardware
Seriously though, if the foil sections are undamaged and the scratches aren't deep then it's usually fixable. It's probably worth more entertainment value than it is monetary so it's worth a shot. Most wanted was a fun game.
>>338309405
its ok EA as a company hasnt existed for 4 years anyway
>>338309406
>>338309406
>Most Wanted
>shit game
Kill yourself, my man.
Most wanted was the first game I ever played on a 7th gen system
It seemed so fucking incredible back then
>>338309572
