That's actually Unofficial Sentai Akibaranger, but I started with Kamen Rider W, went on to OOO (definitely my favourite of what I've seen so far), followed by Fourze and most recently Gaim, then Drive.
W was about a detective and his partner (who has all of earth's knowledge stashed in his brain somewhere but needs keywords to access it) solving crimes. Themed heavily after wind.
OOO is about a drifter/hobo protecting people and solving problems as best he can. It deals with the duality of desire as a catalyst for progress and growth, and its antithesis greed as stagnation or degradation, and how the fine line between the two must be carefully observed and regulated.
Fourze is a teenager series, taking place in High School. It's themed after constellations and celestial bodies, with the titular Rider having an alien-eyed, rocket ship-shaped face and a bulky, space-suit like outfit. Switches are analogous to drugs in terms of presence and use.
Gaim is... well, it's basically the Sengoku period all over again. Factions of Riders team up against each other, occasionally switching sides or working together but ultimately everyone seems to have their own desires, their own idea of what is wrong or right. Written by Gen the Butcher, of Madoka fame, so hold on to your socks.
Drive is a bit more standard. It's really more monsters and rider than the previous few I listed were, although the question of who the monsters truly are does become more ambiguous over time.

Yes and no.
Look at 0:15. It's true that many crabs can shed limbs voluntarily but that doesn't appear to be the case here. The Mantis Shrimp shattered the base finger of the large crab's cheliped. That's the structurally strongest part of the whole claw. The angle of both impacts is also perpendicular to the shoulder joint in both crabs. It looks to me like the force of the impact sheared through the tissue and resilin of the crab's joint whether the crab wanted to shed the claw or not. The primary food of "smasher" Mantis Shrimp is other decapods. They use their forelimbs to smash in the carapace of other crustaceans killing them by blunt force.
