NECA has gotten better over the years but they burned me on TF2 figures. They had some quality control issues such as painted/stuck joints, turned joints, and terrible paint applications. The joints were also pretty fragile, so any attempt to repair or a drop would shatter them.
Also the big issue with all the fancy rubber armor on Arthas and Tyrael is that it limits their range of motion significantly.
