On top of that, most of the weapons in Dark Souls 3 feel pasted.
I think the only thing Bloodborne did wrong was make the Holy Moonlight Sword have Split DAM, but I haven't kept in touch with it.
Actually, I think that weapon is pretty cool too.

Bloodborne gets away with having no poise, because there is no equip load.
Dark Souls 3 has equip load, but it only has Bloodborne's hyper armor.

It fits the game thematically, and what the hell has equip load ever added to souls, except for making heavier armors completely redundant.
Plus, it allows the devs to balance all enemies around the same movement set. Equip load sucks shit.
