Not OP, but it's the best emulator on the market. Good power and a top tier controller. It's absolute garbage at its intended purpose, but I swear by it for playing old games.

I'm not sure what an IPS screen is, but I can tell you the console looks incredible. There's a small dent on the hinge, but other than that, my 3DS is basically brand new. I got it about a month ago.
