i wouldn't say it sucked, it's a functional game that tried a new setting for its genre. Wich it pulled of very well and ended up being very atmospheric.
I liked the simple combat and racing missions. It's just that i didn't care all that much for the minigames.
I'd give it a 6.5/7. An anomaly in vidyagayms that's worth your time if you're interested in the setting, but don't go in expecting super deep gameplay.
