I was hyped all throughout F4 playing it, losing hope around act 3. But I spoiled myself (or so I thought) on /v/ when a thread said you play as a Synth that doesn't know it's a Synth. Playing through it I was always trying to convince myself that wasn't true. You can heal with stimpacks, you can drown in water, and the screening processes in that vault that says you have no radiation, I chalked that one up to being in the pre world and not tainted by radiation growing up. And there was NOTHING in the main game that even suggested that was the twist of the story. The twist was Shwan, always was.
