Only 2 expoits I know of is that you can grind early xp off a mob and leave the zone quick enough that he 'dies' but you gain the exp/hp. It just involves you being at -10% hp and you just phoenix down him, get loot, leave zone, repeat
The main character (lol) Vaan starts at level 3 but all characters join are his level minus or plus 3. So you grind til you are like 50 maybe and everyone who joins will be 50 ish.
Other One is that if you cast imbolize and stone on a character and 'leave' them there, and have another character run ahead, when you switch focus from one to the other, enemies despawn, so you can run thru an entire area not fighting by despawning themAshe is the best girl
