What I dislike about low rates is that you get shit loot and selling them to npcs nets shit income, so you're better off farming cards and selling them but fuck that I aint got the patience to kill 10000 mobs for one.

Well, it's the least horrible from what I've seen. Very very little changed gameplay-wise (all I can think of is a pay-for-heal NPC and free warps to Prontera), no outrageous wings and shit like that, and costume headgear/cash-shop stuff, not stat mod.
