Everything about that game looks generic and awful. Just play Far Cry 4 or something.
In my opinion the game doesn't look bad if you can get it on pc. Lengthy campaign, co op, and urban guerilla warfare seem pretty comfy desu. It seems it is mostly getting raked over the coals due to shitty console ports. I say its a buy, i will be downloading my steam copy after work
