I was solo'ing that mission at level 70, no blue hurricane even needed.

I only found blue hurricane useful on great apes. As for that mission I kept on getting stunlocked to death between the two of them attacking only me even if I bring in two allies to help. Not to mention each form, IIRC, has double health bars.

Frieza, mid 80s. Tried escape move but then they just rush right into my face again and get an attack in before my character's animation ends. Granted, I haven't played in a while so my memory may be shit.

Change your escape move to "mach dash" for the speed buff, and as a Frieza you need to be using your speed for hit and run tactics.
