There are some differences in hitboxes, but there's also a difference in turning circles.

I personally use the dominus because it has a front bumper, good for aerials.

As far as I can tell it's not as long though. I do know for certain some cars are generally better than others in certain things, like Octane being the car of choice for most dedicated keepers.
