Honest to god no trolling here. But you guys can honestly say that fo3, NV, and fo4 are shit games? For fucking real? They are all different and the same at the same time. But I think they were all fantastic games and light years ahead of anything else at their release or even today for that matter. I am 31 and all the way up until I played fo3, Zelda a link to the past was the greatest thing I had ever played. After fo3, nothing had sucked me into hours and hours of game play like Zelda had. While yes, they are glitchy, the endings blew nuts, and you couldn't continue after the last mission, but the experience and challenges you get from them are second to none. Correct me if I'm out of line here, but you guys sound like unappreciative dicks.

Not him, but it was in a handful of ways when you think about it:

>dungeon design was improved significantly
>more ways to interact with the environment (reading terminal entries, sitting on benches etc.)
>the addition of weapon degradation meaning that you can't rely on one weapon too heavily

There might have been some steps taken backwards, but FO3 also fixed most of the problems that FO1 and 2 had.

Okay what does this actually add to the game
In Fallout 2, I can just imagine my character is sitting at a table. In Fallout 3, you can see a terrible animation of your character sitting down that does... nothing.
