They should have used less then. The new portrait demons were mostly awful and story is a mess. Why not being back things like Morrigan that haven't been seen in forever instead?

I've never played any of the SMT games but wanted to get into them. I recently ordered a copy of Devil Survivor Overclocked, is this a good place to start? I know it's a tactical RPG spinoff, but I figured it'd probably be the most newcomer friendly.
Aside from that I'm also looking to eventually pick up Nocturne, SMT IV, and Persona 3 and 4.

The early game is the hardest part just hold in there, grinding is fine and recruitment just takes some experience
for starters never EVER give demons money, seriously try it. and generally just try to learn what kind of demons like what answers
