I don't think you know what it means, unless you can specifically point out something that can only be bought with Zen that actually gives an advantage in game, because the only zen exclusive items are cosmetic skins and taunts. All gameplay related items can be bought at a low price with the in-game currency and is no different than if you bought it with Zen.

No. Metro gets enough appreciation that it deserves. Yeah the setting was cool but it was just another linear shooter with a shitty plot twist. Play through it once, no desire to ever play again.
I really do not understand why this got so criticly panned. Gameplay wise It's completely average, but the plot is pretty great. For some reason it's rated of SHIT TIER WORST GAME EVER MADE.

I loved the styling and the world so much, but the gameplay was so boring.
I got it dirt cheap too and still don't think I've got around to finishing it.
Also a lack of toggle-first person camera during non action sequences, like in Alice Madness Returns, is unforgivable in a game with such an interesting world.

That game was a breath of fresh air. Fast paced, a health system that both let you rip and tear or play conservatively, weapon and enemy variety. If felt like a bit of a graphical clusterfuck at times but I feel you, Anon.

If anything it added to the levels things that weren't there before and otherwise modified it so it would work with stealth approach.
Only negative thing i can remember from it was that one railroad scene where you almost run over a guy in regular 2033 version and in redux your cart moves slightly faster or he moves slower and thus the little scene wont play until after you have driven by that location, if it played at all.
For a dev team of like 3 guys, this was amazing.

The gameplay is top notch my friends and the music is wonderful.
It even has 4 player local co-op.

Kinda short pretty darned good. Took me like 6 hours to beat on hard mode Sprite work is very minimal, but a lot of the set pieces and boss battles are well done. Soundtrack is mostly a piano score and although the comparison gets thrown around a lot, it does feel rather similar to a Souls game (not just "hurr durr its hard just like dark souls so its like dark souls", the game is actually set in a cursed city and there always feels like there's more going on than you can see. Word of advice would be to check you've done everyhing else before you fight the final boss. It gives you the option to save move onto NG+, but there's a secret boss fight and a true end to get.

I'm playing through this right now for the first time, and fuck it's annoying. Some levels are fantastic and some are absolute bollocks. I feel like theres more lame levels then actual fun ones. One moment there's some great stealth sections and exploring abandoned buildings with a partner, the next you're in some bullshit horde mode with no ammo that you just do over and over until you luck out. Some levels don't do a great job of telling you where to go either. Nothing kills the immersion more than having to fucking watch a youtube video to find out where you need to go or what you need to do.
