Is there any legit PS4 emulator?
I really doubt it, but since computers are pretty powerful (hardware part) i thought it would be possible for the software to be created as well (the emulation part).

I think he meant a working emulator that can play most PS3 games. The PS3 emulator is coming along nicely but it's far from ready for everything.
