If you played and liked XII and XIII-2, there's no reason to not play it.

I finished it and had fun, despite the fact it's generally considered shit. It's hit or (mostly) miss.

I finished this game 3 times and loved it, but you'll probably get bored fast.

If you like JRPGs, give it a try. Though it's far from being in the top 3 games in the series. I still liked it.

Pretty much this. Not so much because muh witcher is best, but more so the list you have is all high fantasy whereas witcher with it's dark fantasy. The change in scenery and feel of the game will be weird as fuck
Lightning Returns is probably my favourite of those, though First Light is great too. Zestiria is enjoyable if you want some Tales, but wouldn't be my first pick.
