So obviously Nintendo has had complaints in certain European territories that Peach's "Peach Bomber" attack is unnecessarily sexualized for a character who is supposed to be the characters of choice for young girls.
In the upcoming Smash, they'll replace the Peach Bomber with a flying kick attack in the European version. Frame data, hit box etc should be the same, it'll just look different. Her other butt attacks will not be messed with, obviously.

That depends on how they integrated them. Some of the time a hurtbox isn't necessarily relative to a model's geometry but rather positioned as an offset from an origin point of the sprite/model. Because calculating 3D oriented geometry collision isn't really fast anyway, and Smash I think uses spheres anyway (which is just testing the distance between the center of two spheres and seeing if that is longer than the combined radius of each, but not by using any squareroots because that takes long to calculate at the system level).
