So I found a visual novel earlier today called Dorei To No Seikatsu (aka Life with a Slave) thanks to someone here. They said it was great, and it has been. I've unlocked all the main scenes, but I can't seem to figure out how to trigger the ending. Anyone know how? Does this game even have an ending? Can't find any info online.
Also, can anyone recommend me some more games like this one? I've played other visual novels (Steins;Gate, Kana, Okaeri!, Katawa Shoujo, Unteralterbach) but this one is my favorite. Its very comfy and enjoyable, I like the art, and the simplicity was nice, being new to the genre. Obviously lewdness isn't an issue, but I don't think I'd enjoy anything too awful.
I'd really appreciate the help.

That's part of the issue. I have googled the ending for info, and can't find anything at all, just info on how to unlock the scenes.
And while I have googled and downloaded some other visual novels, it seems kind of hit or miss. I figured it'd be better to get some recommendations from you guys.

Oh. Are you sure? I read on some page there was an ending... Some images I've seen also hint at somehow getting to play with the shopkeeper lady, but that could be fake of course. So are there really no endings or secret scenes?

I would've agreed with you a while ago, but after dabbling a bit, I've come to enjoy the ones with nice artwork and/or story. Then again, I do like reading anyway. I'm sure there are plenty terrible ones, but I'm not saturated enough to know yet.

Im willing to start playing vn. Played monster girl quest this year and really liked it, and not just for the porn. Can you recomend something to a beginner? I dont mind porn, it just cant be male dominance, cant stand that shit.

Well, like I said, I'm pretty new to the whole thing myself. That was part of the reason i posted. ^_^;
I'd say i enjoyed Steins;Gate, Kana Okaeri!, and Katawa Shoujo, but these are all pretty anime-ish, so if you don't like that you might not like these. Steins;Gate is sci-fi and pretty interesting.
Kana Okaeri! was alright, but pretty cliched; its about a kid who's little sister is sick and they romance and stuff. i haven't finished it yet.
Katawa Shoujo is all about disabled characters (amputees, blind, etc) but its not fetishist. In fact, its more about looking past disability. Very sweet and pleasant, quite a few characters so lots of routes.
I did really enjoy, Teaching With Feeling, but its simple and there's not a ton of content.
But what do you mean by male dominance? The MC's of these games are all male, but not necessarily dominating in the porno bits. If that's all, they should be fine.
