Undertale has a better world objectively in terms of design because Lisa's world is literally never ending palette swap mountains. I'd also say that in most cases Undertale has stronger characterization because you spend more time with fewer characters, and that's the big reason it is as popular as it is. Lisa has more characters though and they're all pretty quirky and interesting/fun in their own way. Lisa also has a much stronger story pretty much objectively because it is a long game that really takes its time to build up and it's really focused where as Undertale is a short as fuck game that tries to cram all of its story and serious tones in the last 10% of the game and when it does it's a generic paint by numbers sappy emotional ending that you can see coming from a mile away, especially if you played the Mother games which did the same stories and twists only a million times better. Gameplay is a toss up. Lisa is a pretty generic JRPG that works just fine but isn't really interesting where as Undertale has a really interesting borderline shmup gameplay but switches it up every so often, the only thing is that none of these gameplay modes are particularly well done, it's like they're all mini games that never go past level 1 so they're all just really basic and easy. Music is also a toss up, both are good in their own right but it ultimately comes down to personal preference, although I will say that Undertale is much easier to get into. Undertale is like pop music where as Lisa is some underground alternative indie band, both have quality but one has more mainstream appeal.
I wouldn't say one is overall better than the other, I would say I prefer Lisa to Undertale, but someone saying the opposite is valid too.

If you can provide examples I would gladly discuss them with you, but I think either way you're being ridiculous if you think Undertale even comes close to how absolutely same every single overworld looked in Lisa where everything is literally the same asset in a different color.

I pirated it and got about an hour - hour and a half into the game before stopping. I just never went back to it, it wasn't that interesting. The combat was pretty cool but that's about it.

LISA's felt like actual music, and that was great because it made the game feel like a movie, this incredible story coupled with this OST of amazingly fitting songs that can be used to a lot of other things, it feels bigger than it is
