Quake 4, depending on your definitions of "deal with" and "deformation." You get taken to an alien super soldier factory and they do everything in the process except mind control before your rescuers arrive. You're a mutant super soldier for the rest of the game.

Most of mine I've saved from threads here. There's probably a specific tag on Pixiv, but I don't speak moonrunes.

Why did searching "waifu abuse" lead me to an imgru album chock-full of ponyshit?
>>337903762
Well shit, thanks. I'll trawl through it to look for any of mai waifus.
>>337903980
Good luck and god speed anon.

>>337903762
>>337903980

Cry of Fear. The only game that actually goes in depth about it, including the mental trauma. For all the other games a disability is mostly an afterthought or a character quirk present as a part of a design (eyepatch being the most popular one). At times it's a plot point or a motivation, but rarely do you get actual insights into it and it mostly fades into irrelevancy quickly enough. There isn't really a game that handles it appropriately, even the infamous Katawa Shoujo switches focus from the disability onto the storytelling quickly enough even though the main character just had his life crushed and irrevocably altered by it.

They don't really just drop it in KS, I thought the whole point was that by encountering more people with some form of disability the MC realised they were just people, thus being able to define himself beyond his newfound problem.
But yeah, it only gives the super optimistic outlook.
>>337905562
is she fat and covered in burns?
Chronicles of Riddick and The Fight Night series.

Kids from Sanitarium gave me nightmares when I was a kid myself. Can't find any pics though.
>>337906171
They still did more than everyone else dared to. People expected KS to outright fetishize disability and the work itself managed to avoid it completely which is an incredibly feat in itself, considering that it was developed by people that defined themselves as "4ls stuidos" with the 4chan clover on the cover and all. I really expected MC to be much more morose regarding his future and the newfound state he has found himself in, but it makes sense for him not to because of how hectic everything was during his arrival - he simply didn't have the time to sit down alone and feel pity for himself that often.

sadness is hot, watching my gf cry gives me a hard-on
though I never make her cry on purpose and I always comfort her
>>337906904
>sadness is hot
This is true, seeing a vulnerable character in animations always triggers some instinctive protective reaction in me that my dick's weak to.
>>337905981
There was still not much variety of quality charts but thanks amigo.

Witcher 3? She is the cutest though

fuck I thought I was the only one. Never understood why, but when my gf is sad and especially crying, I just become so hard. It's such a surreal emotion of wanting to protect her and comfort her, but at the same time fuck her silly. I never want to hurt her or make her cry, but when she does it, it's an emotional rollercoaster for me.
Why does this happen I wonder.
