mgs ran at 60 the entire time
uncharted is lucky to get 20 fps during firefights
so you go have fun being a pleb praising that "cinematic console experience" and showing that, actual gameplay and performance are second rate compared to cutscenes

The Ai is toned down in lower difficulties.
Enemies spot you way easier and you can't mark them on Hard. Enemy placement/types change too.
