I only take payments in cashiers checks which I then deposit into a Cayman Islands bank which then wires me the money back, which I then cash out at a local federally insured credit union, then I take that cash to a 7-11 to buy Amazon gift cards, which I then use to buy PSN and Steam cards.

Its the only way, really.
