Hey /v/
This is my hand completely relaxed, I feel as though its more 'clenched' in a relaxed state than it should be and I beleieve playing video games caused it.
I very rarely, but sometimes feel pain in my knuckles and thumbs if I'm gaming for a particularly long time.
Has gaming fucked up my hands or is my relaxed hand state normal?
Try and keep your hands warm. That should soothe the pain.

Hold your hand palm down instead.
What you see there is your tendons at work.

It's still pretty 'clenched' when relaxed
Unless this is completely normal but I have no idea and Google isn't helping

I have the same thing but slightly more clenched. I don't feel any pain though.

Do you crack your knuckles?
If so, that's part of your problem.
Antioxidants. The main-sold cinnamon is supposedly pretty toxic, but clove and sumac bran are tight.
Oxidation is basically the negger.
