I am currently using an i7-3820 and a gtx570 with 16GB of ram. I'll admit it's a bit dated but this rig can run Star Wars Battlefront on near-max settings at 50fps, Dark Souls 2 at 60fps, and you have to admit they didn't really break any new ground with the graphics in this. It looks the same as Dark Souls 2, and arguably even Dark Souls 1.

I ran SoTFS at max settings with 60fps no framedrops, but if I play DaS3 for too long I my computer throws a shitfit and I'll get 6 fps in firelink shrine of all places. Even when it's not throwing a shitfit, certain bosses like pontiff, dancer, crystal sage, and dragonslayer armor are all stuck in permanent "challenge mode" AKA "every time a boss does an attack your fps will drop to 8 mode"

I have a 750ti and the game runs fine on normal except for the area outside Boreal Dancer's room.
If I'm near this area the FPS drops to single digits, it happens when I'm above it in the Lothric Castle zone too where the dragons are at.
It's damn near unplayable but only in those areas, everywhere else is just fine.
