When I was younger, I spent hours planning out my classes in FFTactics. Then as I played more of the game, I realized it was all pointless to follow the list unless I sat there grinding on random battles. Which the game penalized you for doing with exponential JP loss. And basically you should just use story characters.

Its just an armguard. Actual Ninjas did wear stuff like that. But in typical Nomura fashion, he took a 2 inch arm guard and made it twice as big as the girls actual arm.
